Chase Mackey – Director Business Development
With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chase has worked with a wide range of investors, helping clients identify highly profitable opportunities with confidence. His background spans land investments, market analysis, client relations, and long-term portfolio growth strategies.
Known for his strong industry network and client-first approach, Chase is committed to delivering value through transparency, market insight, and a deep understanding of emerging real estate trends. He has played a key role in expanding the firm’s relationships and supporting successful investment outcomes for clients across multiple projects.
Chase is a native of Dallas, Texas and he is a 2015 honor graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Business Economics.
Travis Cowan – Director of Investor Relations
Travis is a seasoned Investor Relations professional specializing in capital formation and client relationship management. With over 10 years of experience, he has developed a track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and financial professionals.
As Director of Investor Relations at Texas Republic Management, Travis is responsible for sourcing and stewarding investor relationships, guiding prospective partners through the investment process, and delivering ongoing communication and reporting throughout the lifecycle of each partnership. His role is central to the firm’s capital raising strategy and long-term investor alignment.
He began his career in New York City working across finance and technology startups, where he honed his expertise in client engagement, sales strategy, and high-level communication.
Ross Weber – Marketing & Investor Relations
Ross is a Texas native who attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2014. Ross went on to work in the film industry for the next six years, both in acting and production. During the pandemic, Ross shifted career paths and had the opportunity to work alongside his father which allowed him to gain exposure and unique experience in real estate, as well as hone the skills necessary to propel Texas Republic Management into the future.
Kevin Elgersma – Marketing & Investor Relations
Kevin, a dynamic and forward-thinking recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma, has quickly become a valuable addition to Texas Republic Management. Armed with a B.S. in Business Management, Kevin approaches his role with a fresh, distinct, and innovative perspective that sets him apart. Kevin's strategic insights and creative problem-solving skills have already proved to be an asset to Texas Republic Management.
Sierra Preston – Marketing & Investor Relations
Being born and raised in Dallas, Sierra Preston brings a deep, firsthand understanding of the DFW Metroplex and its growth over the years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Public Relations and a Business Foundations Certificate from the McCombs School of Business. With a background in marketing, client relations, and sales, Sierra takes a relationship-first approach to working with accredited investors, emphasizing clear communication, thoughtful education, and a seamless investment experience.
