Who We are

Ben R Weber Jr. — General Partner

For the past 40 years, Ben R Weber  Jr has been involved in oil and gas exploration and investment through Weber Energy Corporation, contributing to the drilling of over 300 wells as an operator, and 2,000 more with partners. He founded Weber Energy Corporation, Conquest Resources Corp., STI Corp, and Synfuels International Corp., all of which have made significant contributions to the sector over the years. His breadth of experience and his knowledge of the business has seen each of these corporations thrive and expand, allowing them to help shape the future of the industry by promoting sustainable practices across their operations. With Ben Weber's insight and leadership, these companies have become some of the most successful entities within their respective fields and are setting an example for others to strive for in this ever-changing industry.

After  an unprecedented sales of oil and gas divestitures between 2010-2014 totaling $6.5 Billion with partners, Weber chose to focus less on riskier oil and gas exploration ventures in favor of using his knowledge to invest in minerals and raw land real estate.

In 2015, he established Texas Republic Management to further these endeavors, providing him and his partners with the tools needed for long-term success in the real estate business. As part of their investments, they have focused on raw land real estate as well as oil and gas minerals - a combination which has allowed them to wisely diversify their portfolio over the years, thus protecting their financial interests from market downturns and other unforeseen circumstances.
